Yesica Bello is the founder of Bello Beat NYC. With a passion for dance, she launched Bello Beat with the vision of expanding salsa dancing education to all. Over the years, Bello Beat has not only become a leading name in absolute beginner salsa dance classes, also trusted in footwear. Bello Beat NYC has also grown into a community hub that celebrates dance and inclusivity.

Before founding Bello Beat, Yesica was involved in several dance-related ventures, including 34th St Herald Sq, La Tropica, Alvin Ailey, and Hudson Sunset Salsa. These experiences have been pivotal in shaping a business model that prioritizes quality, accessibility, and community impact.
